Attentus Consulting was set up by Alicia Bailey in 2021
Tired of working for corporate recruitment businesses, she wanted to focus on what she loves doing; identifying talent and recruiting individuals into impactful roles.
Alicia is a highly successful recruiter, possessing in excess of twenty years’ experience recruiting leadership and future leadership positions for growth orientated disruptive technology clients. She works closely with both candidates and clients on a long-term basis.
Alicia operates with candidates as a career coach and mentor, continuing to build and expand her candidate network through value added relationships.
From a search perspective she prides herself on her flexible and personally tailored approach to sourcing the top talent needed to facilitate high performance growth within her clients. Alicia has a strong network of individuals within the technology, software engineering, transformation, analytics, product, and marketing communities.
